Cancellation security of our 100% CORONA CARE
(1) Free cancellation due to CORONA (COVID-19), even at short notice
Up to and including the day of arrival if one of the following reasons applies:
you have unfortunately been tested positive for corona or are already in quarantine
(we ask for immediate telephone communication , later proof of the corona test by email to us is sufficient)Due to official requirements, you are not allowed to enter Austria without being in quarantine (in Austria).
the hotel has to suspend operations due to valid official requirements
(2) Up to 10 days (or more days) before the arrival date
the travel date can be postponed to a new date (until the end of 2021) free of charge
the trip can be converted into a voucher for the same people
the trip can be canceled free of charge
(3) In the case of cancellation in the period from 9 to 1 days before the day of arrival, without the reasons from point (1)
the trip can be converted into a voucher for the same people (until the end of 2021).
(4) no-show on the day of arrival,
without present reasons from point (1)
Only if you are not present (no-show) on the day of arrival without one of the reasons from point (1) being present, a 100% cancellation fee will be due.
