Here is a recommended hiking route on the Kasberg and a visit to the Almtal valley. You can find an alternative route suggestion at the end of the map.
👉 Focus: Farrenau + Hochberghaus + Kasberg peak

✅ Check the weather → the summit boasts a view.
Alternative plan: First day hike from Hochberghaus to the top of Kasberg, dinner at Hochberghaus (forest sauna, panoramic terrace, sunset, delicious food, quiet place). Second day descent to Almsee lake and then return.
